What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I want to learn how to really dance!

What is your favorite food? Why did you pick this as your favorite?
Sushi – growing up by the ocean, sushi was a staple. Now it is a treat!

What are two of your favorite hobbies?
I enjoy fishing and snowboarding.

If you could choose any animal to be, what would it be and why?
A lion. They are family-oriented, enjoy good rest, and get to the hunt in a timely manner.

What gets you out of bed every morning?
To provide for my family.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your younger self?
Don’t be so hard on yourself and don’t overthink.

What is your personal mantra?
“Be like water in a stream and you will find your way to your destination.”

When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up?
An astronaut.

What does your morning routine look like?
Wake up, feed the cat, make coffee, get ready for work, eat breakfast, kiss my family goodbye.

Do you have any pets? What are their names and what are they like?
Yes, a cat. Her name is Noel but we call her “Snowy Noey” or just “Kitty”. She’s a lover, needs attention, and will let you know with her claws when she isn’t getting enough.

What kind of activities do you like to do with your friends or family?
I Hike, snowboard, fish, write music, but mainly play with my two beautiful boys.

If you won the lottery and had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
Disperse it among our parents and siblings to make sure we all invest in something big together.

What was your favorite vacation?
Banff and Jasper in Alberta, Canada.

If you could have dinner with any person from any time period, who would it be and why?
The Buddha – I can imagine that would be the most insightful dinner I could ever have.

What made you want to work where you’re at now?
Helping people find work at a very odd time.

Before working at your current job, what was the most interesting job you had?
Working on television for the show Survivor.

What do you look forward to most when you walk into work?
Having a successful placement where both parties are happy.

What is your favorite thing about your job?
Receiving positive feedback.

What’s unique about the culture at your company?
It is larger-scale with a small, family vibe.

What advice would you give to someone looking for a job right now?
If you hop on it, you have free reign to find something that you really enjoy.

What do you find most rewarding about your job?
When a candidate lets me know that I’ve been able to impact them.

What led you to a career in staffing?
General management experience and the ability to help people in their occupations.

What have you gained from working where you’re at?
The ability to multi-task, account management, time management, and to be able to handle the overall workload.

What is your proudest moment at your job?
Receiving my first Great Recruiter review which reaffirmed that my efforts got someone an income again.
