I love to Paddle on with my Dragonboat team and I used to love playing baseball.

Being able to know that I might be able to help someone get the job that they have been hoping to get.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
When I get to be the person that helps out the person that has been labeled bad. Getting them a job and then they go out and just crush it.
What’s unique about the culture at your company?
The way that people are isn’t an act. No matter who you talk to they are genuine and they will treat you like a person.
What advice would you give to someone looking for a job right now?
Don’t just look at the dollar amount. Make sure that you know who you are working for.
What is your proudest moment at your job?
When I had an employee who had a record from when they were younger. They shared that everyone kept saying that they don’t work with people with a past. They just wanted a chance and show that they are in fact a good person still. I was able to place them with a client that had trusted me to find them the right people regardless. I placed that person in the role and have gotten nothing but positive feedback. The employee later came to me and said that I saved them from giving up hope.
