Most of our jobs are temp-to-hire, meaning they’re built to turn into an ongoing position once the timing’s right. We also place people in project-based work with a set duration, whatever fits where you’re at.

Our offices are open 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. A real person is available 24/7 for emergencies — see your local office for direct contact info.

We operate out of five Oregon branches: Eugene/Springfield, Bend, Salem, Albany/Corvallis, and Roseburg. Visit our Locations page for full details

We’ve got offices across Oregon, so a move doesn’t have to mean starting over. Once you’ve worked with us in good standing, you’re eligible to pick up work through any of our branches.

Dress for the job you’re going after. Some interviews lead straight to a same-day start, and others send you on to interview with one of our clients. Either way, showing up prepared makes the best first impression.

You’ll get paid through direct deposit or a pay card, whichever works best for you. No payday hassle, no waiting on a check in the mail. Here’s more on how to get your pay stub.

For most of our light industrial roles, such as warehouse, production, and general labor, it’s less about your resume and more about whether you can show up, follow directions, and handle the physical side of the job: standing a full shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, keeping a steady pace. Plenty of positions come with on-the-job training, so if you’re willing to learn, we can usually find you a fit.

A few ways to check: look up the job on the company’s official website, search the recruiter on LinkedIn (legitimate recruiters usually have a real, established profile), and ask for a quick phone or video call — scammers tend to avoid talking live. Watch for red flags like odd email addresses, sloppy grammar, or pressure to act immediately. Full breakdown in We Got Impersonated: How TikTok DMs Are Fueling a New Wave of Job Scams.

Legitimate employers won’t ask for your SSN or banking details until after you’ve accepted a formal offer and started onboarding through secure, official channels. Never share that information over email, text, or DM, especially before you’ve talked to someone by phone or video. More on what to watch for here.

Stop responding and block the scammer on every platform. Report it to the real company, the FTC, your state attorney general, and wherever the scam happened. Protect your information by contacting your bank, freezing your credit, and visiting IdentityTheft.gov. If personal or financial info was stolen, file a police report. Full details here.
