Rhonda began her career as a staffing manager in 2013 when she joined Selectemp. In 2022, she was promoted to Practice Leader for Bend.

Her Role Today

Rhonda is driven by the chance to connect with people and impact lives. She takes the time to really get to know both business owners and job seekers beyond the job description or the resume so she can match on culture, personality, and goals, not just qualifications. Her communication and follow-through have earned her real relationships and real trust with clients and employees alike, and her own background as a business owner shapes how she thinks about the customer experience.
