Rhonda joined Selectemp in 2013 when she began her career as a Staffing Manager. In 2022 she was promoted to Branch Manager for Bend. Before Selectemp, she managed a retail sales team for more than 12 years.

The opportunity to connect with people and impact lives is what drives Rhonda. She has the ability to connect with business owners that have opportunities and match them up with quality talent, learning more about them than just job descriptions and what is on resumes. Creating a solid relationship allows her to match culture, personality, and goals on both sides, creating success for all involved.

Her excellent communication, follow through, and ability to truly understand people has allowed her to form real relationships and earn trust amongst her clients and employees. As an experienced business owner and manager, she understands what a customer experience should be and strives to exceed expectations.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and 3 dogs.
