What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
My favorite thing to do is laugh
What is your favorite food? Why did you pick this as your favorite?
Hamburgers if they have lots of pickles on them.
If you could choose any animal to be, what would it be and why?
I would be a bird so I could fly.
What gets you out of bed every morning?
Coffee and getting to come to work each day. I love the people I work with. No matter the day I can always count on them making me laugh.
What is your personal mantra?
“Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.” – Gandhi
When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Gymnast, ballerina, or an author. If you knew me well you will laugh at the last one.
What does your morning routine look like?
Grab my coffee and run out the door.
Do you have any pets? What are their names and what are they like?
Two dogs – Large Chocolate Lab named “Sigh” yes there is a funny story to the name and no you really do not want to know. what that is. Then there is Mochi. She is a Shih Tzu and since my kids left for college she is now my baby.
If you won the lottery and had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
Hire someone to finish all the projects we have started around the house.
What was your favorite vacation?
I have never really gone on vacation unless you count trips to the hometown to see the family. I do hope someday soon I can actually go on a trip. An all-inclusive resort on a beach would be amazing!
If you could have dinner with any person from any time period, who would it be and why?
Vince Lombardi – He was amazing and if I could get even a little bit of his amazingness to rub off, I would be thrilled.
What made you want to work where you’re at now?
I was recruited by an amazing lady! She told me about how rewarding her job was and I had to do it!!
What do you look forward to most when you walk into work?
Turning on the computer and seeing the new candidates that have applied. Knowing that we can change lives today.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
Being able to impact lives and open doors for people.
What advice would you give to someone looking for a job right now?
Get out and find your passion and do it! Apply! We can not help you if you do not take that first step.
What do you find most rewarding about your job?
Being able to celebrate the little wins.
What is your proudest moment at your job?
Seeing people that I have placed still working at that company years later. Knowing that I didn’t put them in just any position. I took the time to make sure that I heard what they truly wanted and found a HOME.
