What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I am completely at peace when I am sitting on a low beach chair in the sand, at the beach, reading a book by myself.
What is your favorite food? Why did you pick this as your favorite?
Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes-complete comfort food!
What are two of your favorite hobbies?
Golf and Reading
What gets you out of bed every morning?
Knowing I have been given the opportunity to make the most of another day
Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your younger self?
Don’t wait to be spontaneous…just do it!
What is your personal mantra?
It’s all about the adventure!
What kind of activities do you like to do with your friends or family?
Games, golf, “pretend play” with the grandkids, weekly family meals, and travel
What was your favorite vacation?
I have two…Mexico-laying by the pool every day and reading 5 books in one week. Costa Rica-fishing, hiking to a volcano and to a waterfall, floating the river, experiencing warm natural springs, and riding quads.
If you were to write a memoir, what would the title be?
See life clearly…through the eyes of a child
What do you look forward to most when you walk into work?
Making a difference in our employee’s lives and/or positively impacting our customer’s businesses.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
Creating opportunities for Ah-ha moments.
What’s unique about the culture at your company?
We truly live by our values and pillars. They aren’t just words we speak.
What advice would you give to someone looking for a job right now?
Go into your search with open eyes and an open mind. Be willing to try something before you say no to the opportunity.
What do you find most rewarding about your job?
It allows me to build relationships and partnerships with employees and our customers. What we do at Selectemp makes a difference every day.

The opportunity to meet and work with so many different types of personalities. The opportunity to learn about so many companies in our communities.
